We pray in a world fractured by violence
We pray in a world fractured by violence.
We pray in sorrow that so many are pitched into a life of suffering and despair by the inhumanity of violent warfare.
We pray for peace in a world without peace.
We pray in sadness that there can be poverty in the midst
The light of love
We light our chalice candle as a symbol of the light of love.
The light reminds us that love is the greatest power in the world,
the love we share and bless each other with,
here in our beloved community;
the love we take out into the world,
bearing and sharing the light,
wherever we
One light
We kindle our chalice flame,
Seeking to understand ourselves, each other and all beings
as unique reflections of the One Light
May this Light inspire us to be authentic with each other,
To listen well and deeply to each other,
As we embark on our journey of discovery,
Let us act justly, love kindness, and
Small moments
We have gathered in this Oasis of Peace from many places, with many thoughts. We pause together now, to allow ourselves to settle into this place at this time, letting the cares of the outside world relax their grip.
As we take the time to reflect on our presence here, let us give thanks for all the small moments which
Glory Be, redux
Spirit of Life,
Source of all that has been, is now and will be,
Let us honour your Indwelling Presence

Beloved, I thank you for the gift of this day.
May I give freely from my heart,
Living with a deep and abiding joy.
As I move through the day
May I know truth,
Move in beauty,
Rest in grace,
And trust in Your steadfast love.
